I am a mom of three boys, After having my first son I realized I had to get my weight under control. I have been on this journey for almost four years. I enjoy running, kickboxing, cycling, strength training, and just pushing myself!

I am still focused on losing weight but becoming an athlete is more important to me. In 2012 I will: Run a half marathon, Do a Triathlon, and Run a Marathon.
I am choosing to do life because I have always just let it pass me by. I am finally living!
