There is only 6lbs difference in these pictures but I see such a change in my body.
Crossfit this morning was good!
The scheduled workout was 50-40-30-20-10 double unders and ab mat sit ups.
I got to learn how to jump rope all over again! I’m pretty good with a speed rope and barefeet. Since I wasn’t to the double unders yet I did single sets but three times as many. So it went like this:
150- singles
50- sit ups
120- singles
40- sit ups
90- singles
30- sit ups
60- singles
20 - sit ups
30- singles
10- sit ups
19:11
So hard on the abs! Loved it. Then I got to talk to the one woman trainer about my journey and where I wanna go. She’s awesome!
Tomorrow I’m thinking of running from my house to CF. would be about a 5mi run and will depend mostly on the WOD
