8 miles on the bike then crossfit. I rode my bike from my house to my parents (7.14mi) then from their house to crossfit (1 mile round) it was a nice way to start a Saturday.

OH walking lunges 10lb weight
Push ups
It was pretty brutal 8:33. But I loved every second of it. I finished last out of the group but didn’t really care.
